There are Twelve Commandments which have been given by YAH for His people. The first Ten Commandments were given to the Prophet Moses on Mount Sinai, and the last two came from Jesus, who said, “Do not think that I have come loosen the law or the prophets, I have not come to loosen, but to fulfill. For truly I say to you that until the Heaven and the Earth pass away, not one Yod or one stroke will pass from the law.”(Matthew 5:17-18) “Anyone who breaks one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever practices and teaches these commands will be called great in the kingdom of heaven.” (Matthew 5:19) And “whoever keeps the whole law and yet stumbles at just one point is guilty of breaking all of it.” (James 2:10) “Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.” (Romans 12:9) Understanding and following the Twelve Commandments of YAH means more than just following the rules, it means respecting oneself, respecting others, and respecting God; and it is through this respect that we are given the ability, by God’s mercy to empower our lives and relieve our burdens, in order to find love. It is through them that we can overcome the sons of rebellion who walk the path of death.
